Full payment is due at the time of sign-up.
Annual period begins on sign-up date and ends 364 days later.
Any benefits unused in the annual period expire on the last day of the term.
Benefits cannot be transferred to any other family member.
10% Off Treatment discount excludes Whitening and Invisalign.
Studio Saving Plan cannot be combined with insurance benefits.
If dental insurance is acquired while the Studio Saving Plan is in effect, no refund will be issued
